This is crazy! We are giving away our secret on how to effectively create a marketing plan!
1. Find out who is your target audience
Choose and limit which type of people would you like to direct your message to. It is very important for you to choose your target audience to help you stand out from your competitors who you want to appeal to your company. You can do this by deciding on a specific demographics such as gender or age and psycho graphics such as hobbies and personality. Alter your marketing tactics to satisfy whatever needs they may have.
2. Choose your first 3 goals
Don’t over work yourself by writing down all the goals that you would like to achieve at once, think of goals that you know you’ll be able to measure throughout the term so that you know what you have to do in order to improve. Example, some of your goals could be “build a better customer service” or “increase brand loyalty,” because you can measure that through visits on your website.
3. Pick which tactics you would like to include
There are tons of marketing tactics online and offline, and many of them could help you grow your business, however, you do have to discover what kinds fit the best for you and your business. Some offline tactics include cold calling, giveaways and going to networking events. You could also try some online tactics such as SEO, social media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) and updating your website with the latest information about your business. Try applying at least 3 tactics per week.
